Booking & Reservations

How do I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation in several ways:

  • Through our website by filling out the booking form
  • By phone at +994 50 123 45 67

  • In person at one of our office locations

To ensure vehicle availability, we recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance, especially during peak tourist seasons.

What information do I need to provide when making a booking?

When making a reservation, you'll need to provide:

  • Your full name as it appears on your driving license
  • Contact information (email and phone number)
  • Pickup and return dates and times
  • Preferred vehicle category or specific model
  • Any additional services you require (e.g., GPS, child seat)

At the time of pickup, you'll need to present a valid driving license, passport or ID, and a credit card for the security deposit.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation as follows:

  • Modifications: You can modify your reservation at no cost, subject to vehicle availability, by contacting our customer service team.
  • Cancellations: Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup may incur a fee of one day's rental.

To modify or cancel your reservation, please contact us via email or phone with your booking reference number.

Payments & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Debit cards with credit card functionality
  • Cash payments (for certain bookings, please inquire in advance)

Note: The credit card used for payment must be in the name of the primary driver and must be presented at the time of pickup along with a valid ID.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, a security deposit is required when you pick up the vehicle. The amount depends on the vehicle category:

  • Economy cars: $200-300
  • SUVs & Crossovers: $300-500
  • Premium vehicles: $500-1000

The deposit is reserved (not charged) on your credit card and released within 3-5 business days after the vehicle is returned in the same condition as it was rented, minus any applicable charges.

Are there any additional charges I should be aware of?

Our rental rates include basic insurance and unlimited mileage, but there might be additional charges for:

  • Additional drivers ($5-10 per day)
  • GPS navigation system ($5 per day)
  • Child seats ($5 per day)
  • Premium insurance coverage (prices vary)
  • Late returns ($20 per hour)
  • Fuel (vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as when picked up)
  • Traffic or parking violations (actual cost plus $20 administration fee)

All prices are clearly communicated at the time of booking, and there are no hidden fees.
